We track our current projects on a whiteboard in Walter 338, our usual meeting room. We've tried a few different layouts. Our current layout is intended to mimic kanban-style swim lanes, where tasks and projects enter on the left as to-do items, move to the center when they're in-progress, and finally to the right where they sit as completed or in maintenance. This layout is not proving to be a particularly efficient use of space.
We'll periodically post photos of the board so you can get a sense of what's on our various plates.
